I am always telling others to take time for their health and well-being! Every month I have Reiki and Reflexology as I believe it helps to bring balance and every morning I take 10 minutes for self Reiki & breath work before I start my day and 5 minutes breath work before bed!

Most people put physical health first, then emotional, then mental. I tend to focus the opposite way round so this week I am focusing on physical health.

#trysomethingnewtoday Today was my first experience of Cupping that I’ve always been a bit nervous about. It was surprisingly relaxing and I really felt the benefit on my back and the warmth as the blood circulated. In fact I’ve booked in again for another session next week 👌

After the positive feedback and results, I am really excited to be holding my second female only, four week guided and virtual self-care program; ‘Mind, Body, Connect, You’

If you want to start 2025 with your health & wellbeing as a focus then you can join us on Wednesday 8th January 2025. Book by December 11th the early bird offer of £88pp. This will be for a limited number of people before it changes to £98pp so message to ask for availability before sending payment.

‘Mind, Body, Connect, You’ offers you time to reset and rebalance your mind and body, with practices to support physical, mental and emotional health. Every Wednesday at 9pm there will be a one-hour online session to discuss the weeks focus, set homework and enjoy a guided Reiki meditation. This will be followed up every Sunday at 10pm with a 40-minute distant Reiki session to aid your practice for that week.

You will also receive a gift relevant to the weeks topic and self-care tips to aid and support your practice.
Week one grounding
Week two nurturing
Week three release
Week rebalance you

Each week will include;
One hour group session and weekly topic introduction
40 minutes of distant Reiki
Gift to support each topic
Self-care tips & homework for your weekly practice

Please note This self-care program is only available for residents of the UK and is a women’s only program.

Seasonal affective disorder (SAD) is a type of depression that comes and goes in a seasonal pattern.

With the day having been a bit dull and cloudy the sunshine has been welcomed by all in my therapy room and we have been discussing ways of how to keep our ‘happy’, here’s some of our suggestions…
💛If the sky is blue either get outside or sit by a window and focus on the blue
💛Add the colour yellow to your life; food, clothes, flowers, ornaments
💛Do something happy each day
💛Get the fairy lights on to create some sparkle
💛Practice a new breathwork to feel energised
💛Use Orange essential oil in your day

So my back went again this weekend whilst I was pegging up the washing 🤦‍♀️In the past I would have stopped moving, taking a lot of medication and probably cried! This time the first thing I did was slow my breath and consciously relax my muscles, I used several different holistic tools so thought I would share them with you 🧡

To clarify I did take pain killers but 2 instead of 8 as I have done in the past per day. Another good example of integrating medical and holistic ways and how beneficial this can be 👌

Quite apt as with the dark nights drawing in some of us are feeling low, tired or just a bit unmotivated! At Rebalanceyou sessions we have been talking about finding that little sparkle of light and slowly moving it forward. Take pressure away, allow ourselves to hibernate if we need but with a plan on how we can shine better the next day ✨

One of my favourite sayings we use at home is “sparkles make you happy!”

Pink has been the colour that has kept appearing on so many Reiki sessions this year! Once or twice maybe a coincidence but on numerous occasions ladies have seen this colour during treatment and focus of self love.

It is also the colour of Rose Quartz a feminine crystal often used to promote love 🩷

For my next 4 week program ‘Mind, Body, Connect, You’ in January, a rose quartz heart will definitely be making the gift bags!
