This is used during the reflexology treatment and then is ready to take away for self-care

A group relaxation session to help calm the mind, relax the body and offer sometime out for your own health & well-being. I have found in the past that calming the mind or meditating is actually not easy! These sessions are for anyone and everyone and can be held face to face or via zoom. During each session there is a guided mediation, whilst Reiki energy is directed to each individual to encourage deeper relaxation & healing experience.

After completing a consultation the oils are chosen specifically for each individual’s needs. Whether its digestive or inflammatory, to balance hormones or reduce anxiety, to encourage sleep or general relaxation a cream is created with a specific blend of essential oils targeting your personal ailments and aims.
Once blended your cream will be delivered and include a guide with the ingredients and suggestions on how to use and enjoy your cream.
Some suggestions for use;
Morning –cup your hands slightly away from your face and breathe in the beautiful aromas as part of your morning routine.
Evening – Doing this in the evening allows time for you to enjoy the aroma, let your body absorb the essential oils and provide a little extra calming moment to your bedtime routine
